#204 is a thermal spray ceramic powder made of 92% ZrO2 and 8% Y2O3 (Yttria stabilized Zirconium oxide).
Saint-Gobain #204 Yttria stabilized Zirconium Oxide 8% is designed with a spherical shape that produces more uniform build-up rates without clogging or pulsing of the feed lines. The hollow particles lead to more complete melting and higher deposit efficiency.
